The People’s Bank of China is to issue a set of 2022 Chinese Panda gold and silver commemorative coins on October 2022. The set consists of 12 coins, including 6 gold and silver bullion coins and 6 gold and silver proof coins, all of which are the legal tender of the People’s Republic of China.

Design of the coin:
The 30g silver coins bear the common obverse of the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests (The Temple of Heaven), the title of the People’s Republic of China and the year date; The common reverse features two young pandas greeting each other on a tree along with the face value, weight, and fineness.

The 30g round silver coin is official mint state in quality, 40 mm in diameter, 10 Yuan in face value, 99.9% in fineness and contains 30 grams of pure silver. The maximal mintage is 10,000,000 pieces.

The 30g silver coins are minted by Shenzhen Guobao Mint, Shanghai Mint and Shenyang Mint respectively, and solely distributed by China Gold Coin Incorporation.
