This 1981 Macau Rooster coin is the third issue in the highly collectable Macau first series set. It is a semi- key in the set. It follows the much sought after 1980 Macau Monkey.

Also referred to as the 1981 Macao Lunar (Cockerel). The Rooster would be considered one of the semi-key coins in the Macau Silver Lunar series. It has one of the lowest mintage of the Lunar issues.
