The reverse side of the coins,embbodies the carvings of the Guia Fortress – in commemoration of Macao’s maritime, military and missionary past. The fortress is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the Historic Centre of Macao, and is also a popular tourist attraction of Macao.
