2007 China 25th Anniversary Panda 1/25 oz GOLD Proof Coin Set (25 Coins)

A stunning 25 coin issued commemorative set minted to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Chinese Panda. This set consists of 25 1/25 oz Gold coins with a denomination of 15 Yuan. Each coin is a Gold proof panda representing it’s one ounce counter part from the years 1982 through the 2007.

A limited number of 18,000 sets were to be minted to commemorate this event. This set comes encased in their origin mint 5 coin casings along with its box and certificate of authenticity.

The 2007 China 25th Anniversary Panda 1/25 oz Gold Proof Coin Set obverse depicts the Hall of Prayer for Abundant Harvests in the Temple of Heaven in Beijing, as well as the Chinese characters that spell: “25th anniversary of the Issuance of Panda Coin”.

The reverse represents the features of the individual one ounce panda coin issues from the years 1982 – 2007. It also shows the 15 Yuan denomination.
