1992 Silver Panda Proof 1 oz 10 Yuan Coin (PF69)

The 1992 Chinese Silver Pandas have a much lower mintage than advertised as many went to Germany where an unknown amount were chosen to add a torch privy manually. These torch Pandas were though and possibly may still be to be unique and rare. However, as it is unclear to whether the Privy marks were commissioned or just a private addition, the Privy’s appear to be treated more as just Proof today.
